Ayurveda is the oldest and most comprehensive Life Science in existence today.

Ayurveda is based on the Foundation that the World is made up of five Elements – aakash (space) , jala (water) , prithvi (earth) , teja (fire) and vayu (air).

The combination of each Element produces Doshas, ​​known as Vata, Kapha, and Pitta. These Doshas are believed to be responsible for one's physiological, mental, and emotional health.

Each person is said to have a unique proportion of each type of Dosha, often with one being more prominent than the others.
For example, one person may be primarily Pitta while another may be primarily Vata.



















According to Ayurveda, Dosha imbalance leads to poor health and disease. Therefore, Dosha-based food choices, exercise, and lifestyle habits are believed to promote Optimal Health and Balance, resulting in a highly productive Work Time, Rest that is good according to the Criterion "Whenever it is".
